Spring 2015, six professional session musicians, a green room, an electric guitar, a few hours to kill and that special feeling you get when you know the chemistry’s just right. Their mission: to bring the huge, authentic sounds of the great nineties and noughties pop-rock and indie bands to crowds who love their music and who want more than just an identikit function band.

THE SOUND was born!

 With their mutual love of pop-rock and indie, from The Killers to Queen via Bon Jovi and Kings of Leon, their set-list starts massive and just keeps growing. They mix the crazy energy of the world’s best party anthems with the jaw-dropping technique honed from years of touring sell-out stadiums with the world’s biggest bands, and they top it off with the magic dust that can only come from 6 best friends vibing together and doing what they love best. They’ve brought THE SOUND to beautiful parties and rocked out with huge brands and artists around the globe: just ask Dizzee Rascal, Hard Rock Cafe, Lady Gaga, Mark Owen, ITV, BBC, Emma Bunton, Gary Barlow, Girls Aloud, 10cc, ELO, Chris Moyles, Cody Chestnutt, Boy George and many more….
